Software Guide of Aryson Yandex Backup Tool

Select the EML file format from the Save/Backup/Migrate As option.

Check for the features:

• Remove duplicate emails-It helps to remove the duplicate emails from the folder.
• Maintain folder hierarchy-By default checked to keep the original hierarchy.
• Free up server space-Check for deleting the emails after backup.

You can also apply for:

• Skip previously migrated items-Check for this option, If previously completed the backup of Yandex emails using Aryson Yandex Backup Software.
• Migrate or backup without attachments files-help to create the backup without attachment files.
• Set backup schedule-Using this feature, the user can set the time/day for backup of Yandex emails.

Check for the Mail filter feature, If you want to backup in between two dates.

Opt for feature Custom folder name and type a specific name to save the resultant files.

Allows saving the resultant files according to different formats.

• Tap on the path to save button to save the backup file.
• Click on the convert button to start the backup process of Yandex mailboxes to EML format.

You have saved the Yandex emails in EML format. Moreover, you can cancel the backup schedule timing using the Cancel All Schedule Migration button.

Choose the PDF format from the option Save/Backup/Migrate As.

Tick the Following, If Required:

• Remove duplicate emails- Check for removing the duplicate items from the selected folder.

• Save PDF attachments separately-Opt this feature if want to save the attachments separately.
• Free up server space-Apply this feature when you need to delete the emails from the server after the backup process.

Tick on skip previously migrated Item to exclude the earlier backed-up emails.

Check for checkbox Migrate or backup without attachment files to create the backup without its contained attachment files.

You can set backup schedule for the backup of Yandex emails.

Check If Needed:

• Mail Filter- Helps to backup the emails in the specific gap of time.
• Custom folder name- It is used to save the resultant file with a chosen name.
• Naming convention- Save the resultant file with a particular format.

11.1 Assign a path to save the backup file of Yandex emails.

11.2 Tap on the convert button to start the backup process of the Yandex email in PDF format.

You have created the backup of the Yandex emails in PDF format. Tap on the download report button to download the output files.

• Migrate or backup without attachment files- It helps to create the backup of emails without its contained attachment files.

Check for Set backup schedule and select any desired date or time for backup.

If Required:

• Mail Filter-For selective backup of emails.
• Custom folder name-For saving the backup file with a particular name.

10.1 Tap on the convert button to import the Yandex emails to Gmail.

Here, You can cancel all the scheduled migrations or start the migration early.

Successfully completed the process. Click on the download report for downloading the resultant file.

• Free up server space-Check if you need to delete the emails from the server after the process.
• Skip previously migrated Item to drop the earlier backed-up emails.
• Migrate or backup without attachment files- backup of emails without their contained attachment files.
• Set backup schedule and choose any desired date or time for backup.

Can check for this:

• Mail Filter-To backup emails on a date basis.
• Custom folder name-backup file with a particular name.

9.1 Tap on the convert button to migrate the Yandex emails to Office 365.

Here, opt to cancel all scheduled migrations or start the migration early.

Completed the migration process. Tap on the download report for downloading the resultant file.
