In this technical guide, I will be telling you how you can take the Windows image backup recovery. Windows can create a system image backup which is basically complete images of the Hard drive and the files stored on it. Once. you’ve got a system image backup, you can restore your system exactly as it was when you backed up. Before moving further in this context you should know what is Windows image backup.
An image backup copies everything on your drive including partitions and the boot sectors. It is the only way to back up your Windows installation properly, with all your programs and settings. Do not confuse it with a file backup which only copies the data files. An image backup simply saves you from the hassle of reinstalling everything. It’s good if you create an image backup 3 or 4 times a year.
If the manual way to perform Windows image backup recovery does not work for you then you can go for the automated tool. One such tool is Aryson Virtual Machine Data Recovery, this tool is highly capable of recovering corrupt data from VDI, VHD, VMDK, and VHDX files. It supports corrupt files saved in Fixed Disk as well as Dynamic Disk types.
