Find Out if Your Outlook is 32 or 64-Bit
First of all, you should know if you have Outlook 2007, then you are having 32-bit Outlook. Outlook 2007 only comes in a 32-bit package. If you are having Outlook 2010 or higher versions and 64-bit Windows then there are chances, you might be having a 64-bit Outlook. Now to find out which version you have, check out the following steps.
This method is only applicable for 2013 and later versions.
- Firstly, select File > Click on Office Account.
- Now you have to click on About Outlook option which is given below the product information section.
- A window will appear, there at the top of that window, you will see the Outlook version name, version number, and the installed bit version whether it’s 32 or 64.
Check Bit Version for Outlook 2010
If we take a look at the interface of Outlook 2010, it has a slightly different interface from later versions. To check out bit version for Outlook 2010, follow the below instruction.
- Click on File then select Help.
Under About Microsoft Outlook, you will see the version number and in parenthesis bit version (either 32 or 64) will be mentioned.
