Steps to Convert PST Files into File Format/Email Client

Choose the NSF File from the drop-down list.

Check for the Mail filter feature to convert files in between a particular gap of dates.

Additionally, check for the Task filter feature.

Choose the Naming convention option for saving converted in a specific format.

Opt for the feature Remove duplicate emails to exclude the duplicate PST files.

Here, you can also select the Custom folder name to save the converted PST files with a particular name.

At last, click on the path to save and set a location to save the converted files. Click on Next to proceed.

Here, you have converted the selected PST files into NSF file format. Tap on the download report button to download the converted report.

Choose the Gmail email client as a saving option from the drop-down list.

You can enable the Enable IMAP, Allow less secure Apps, and Turn off two-step verification.

Sign In using the Gmail id and third-party app password to import PST to Gmail.

Select the Mail filter to import the PST files from a specific date.

Opt for the Task filter feature of the Aryson PST to NSF Converter Tool.

Here, you can check for the Remove duplicate emails for removing the same PST files.

Check for the Custom folder name and enter a name to import the PST file with a particular name.

Click Convert to import the PST files to the Gmail email client.

Here, you have successfully imported the PST files into Gmail.
