How to Recover Emails from Outlook PST Files?

Steps to recover and restore emails from PST files

STEP 1

Install and Run Aryson Outlook PST Recovery Tool as Administrator.

STEP 2

Tap on the Open button, a pop-up wizard will appear.

STEP 3

Now, choose the PST file from which you want to recover the emails.

STEP 4

Choose the recovery mode. (Standard, Advanced, Deep)

STEP 5

Here, you can view the PST file details. Also, allows to change them as per requirement.

Now, the software will scan the selected PST file. Hit on the Ok button.

After that, you can preview the email content in between the recovery process.

Tap on the Save Snapshot option to save the snapshot of recovered emails. (You can Load the earlier taken snapshot to recover emails from the same PST file)

Hit the Export option to save the emails of PST files in the .html extension.

After that, Check the folders from the tree structure.

At last, click on the Save button and select the path to save the output files. Additionally, choose the saving formats EML and other in-built features from the software. Click OK.

Finally, you have recovered the emails from the selected PST file and saved them at the chosen path. Tap OK.

Choose the Path to save and select the saving format as MBOX. Additionally, opt for the required feature of the tool. Click on the OK button to save the recovered emails.
