Convert MBOX File to PST on Mac

Steps to convert & export MSG files into Multiple file formats/email clients

STEP 1

Download and Launch Aryson Mac MBOX Converter.

STEP 2

Select the option either Single file or Multiple file/folder.

STEP 3

Here, the selected option is Multiple files/folder. Tap the Next button.

STEP 4

Now, click on the Select file or Select folder button.

STEP 5

Choose the MBOX file that you need to convert and press the Open button.

STEP 6

After selecting the MBOX file(s) hit the Next button.

STEP 7

Now, the software will display a tree structure of selected MBOX file(s).

STEP 8

Check the folders from the displayed structure. Double-click on any folder from the tree structure to preview the email with its attachments. Also, click the Next button.

STEP 9

Choose the PST option from the drop-down.

STEP 10

Select the feature Remove duplicate emails to exclude the duplicate emails from the conversion process.

STEP 11

You can choose the option Save in the same folder. It helps to save the resultant file in the source path.

STEP 12

Choose the feature Save MBOX in the same PST/OST. It helps to save the MBOX file(s) in a single PST/OST file.

Select the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments files to convert only emails.

STEP 13

If you want to split resultant PST files, then check the option Split resultant PST and specify the criteria.

STEP 14

Select the Mail filter feature and define the required date to convert the particular emails from the selected file(s).

Check the Custom folder name feature and enter any name to save the resultant file with the same folder name.

STEP 15

Tap the Path to save button and select the saving location. Also, hit the Convert button.

STEP 16

Completed the conversion of the MBOX file to PST file format. You can download the resultant report in CSV format.

Select Gmail as a saving option from the drop-down.

STEP 10

Sign In using the Gmail user id and app password.

STEP 11

Check the option Remove duplicate emails to exclude or remove the copied emails from the process.

STEP 12

Opt for the feature Migrate or backup emails without attachments file to backup only emails.

STEP 13

Choose the Mail filter feature for specific conversion of emails and the Custom folder name feature to save the resultant file with a particular folder name.

STEP 14

Now, tap the Convert button to start the process.

STEP 15

Here, you can download the resultant report using the Download report button.

STEP 9

Choose the PDF option as the saving format from the drop-down.

STEP 10

Check the feature Remove duplicate emails from the software interface.

STEP 11

In Case, you want to save the output file in the source path, then opt for the feature Save in the same.

STEP 12

Opt for the feature Save attachments separately to save the attachments in a separate folder. Also, you can check for Convert attachments to PDF format to convert the attachments into PDF formats.

Opt for the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments files.

STEP 14

Check the following option if required:-

Mail filter:- It helps to export the emails from a specific date span.
Naming Convention:- It is used to save the resultant files with date formats.
Custom folder name:- Save the output folder with the desired name.
