A step by step procedural guide to Convert Exchange server database file to PST format.

Follow the below steps to Convert Exchange EDB file to Outlook PST on your Windows system:-

STEP 1

Run the tool on your Windows System.

Select EDB & STM file, and provide the EDB file version. The user can also select a Snapshot image of the database taken in previous processes.

STEP 3

Opt for the recovery mode as per the level of corruption and in case of Deep recovery mode, navigate to the Template file. Then hit the Next button.

Take the preview of EDB data and choose the folders to convert. Now click on the Save button.

Select the option “remove duplicate emails” and “date range”, if you want to filter emails and delete the duplicates. Then select the Saving format. Hit the Next button.

STEP 6

Create a new PST file or add in an existing PST file. Then click on the Next button.

STEP 7

Soon all the EDB data will get converted to the PST file. Click on the Ok button and exit.

For Other formats:

STEP 1

If you want to save the EDB in other file formats then select the Output file type and path, then click on the Next button.

STEP 2

Soon all the EDB data will get converted to the PST file. Click on the Ok button and exit.
