ACCDB is the new file format generated by the latest version of MS Access, earlier it was known as MDB file in the MS Access 2003 and older versions. ACCDB file format holds complete database queries, functions, tables, etc. and could be linked with other file formats. It can also reserve data from HTML and XML and other applications like Excel and SharePoint. There are various methods to open the Access database, but we will see only two best methods. Follow to the end.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: In the Excel on the Data tab, in the Get External Data group, click From Access.
Step 2: Select the Access file to open. Click Open.
Step 3: Select a table and click, OK.
Step 4: Now in the Import Data window, select the way you want to view the data in your workbook. Then where you want to put it, select either Existing worksheet or New worksheet, and click OK.
